Thanks to AC-Viper she told us the answer in a comment for this post here is what she said:" its actually a [very] rare scarf. its hotbuys scarf as on dkny. there were also hotbuys shoes as on dkny released in the stardoll girls store. but when they were in the shop DKNY was brought as a real brand and many people preferred buying the scarf and shoes from the dkny store.. i found few people with that scarf, and no one was willing to sell it, i even offered a dkny scarf in exchange "
